Our sub-acute unit offers care to the patients who no longer require hospital acute care, but require more intensive licensed skilled nursing care. Our unit accepts tracheostomy, ventilator dependent patients, and patients for rehabilitation. A licensed staff offers 24-hour skilled nursing care with specialized and complex care services including:
