At Imperial Crest Healthcare Center, we pride ourselves in offering a warm, caring, and spiritually fulfilling environment. Our newly established 36-bed sub-acute unit offers care to the patients who no longer require hospital acute care, but require more intensive licensed skilled nursing care. Our unit accepts tracheostomy, ventilator dependent patients, and patients for rehabilitation. Our licensed staff offers 24-hour skilled nursing care.
Upon arrival, you can expect a streamlined admissions process, with individual attention from our patient-centered care team. Our caregivers provide close medical supervision which may include assistance with dressing, bathing, walking, eating, and the administration of medications.
At Imperial Crest, short-term rehabilitative care is our specialty. A skilled team of therapists are on hand to evaluate the needs of each resident and, in conjunction with the resident’s family and attending physician, design outcome oriented treatment programs. We offer restorative, physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies.
Additionally, we encourage residents to participate in a wide range of activities planned by our Professional Activities Director. Our programs are individualized to meet the needs of our patients. Scheduled 7 days a week, some of our activities include arts and crafts, aromatherapy, dancing, entertainment, and group outings. We also hold special events and holiday celebrations as well as spiritual and worship services.
